My intention is to give everyone the opportunity to take time out from the hectic world, to stop and get perspective back into their lives and to feel happier, lighter and healthier.
About Me
Esther - Lover of nature and horticulturalist, massage therapist, singer, healer and creative goddess!
Esther studied horticulture and design at university and continued her passion for nature and the arts into her working life as an arts officer and culture development manager.
"We all need to be creative and get out in nature - it's an intrinsic part of being human, it just that it's all too often marginalised or dismissed.....but spending just an hour in nature or time being creative without worrying about the end results will relax, destress and transform us."
Esther continues her proffessional development by attending courses and enjoying retreats to recharge and be inspired with more workshop ideas!
